We recently had a customer place two identical orders by mistake, with two different payment methods. They requested a specific payment method be refunded. The only way for me to accomplish that (as far as I could tell) was to log into Stripe and match the payment method to the order in the system, then refund.
Additionally, customers may find it useful to see which payment method they used, looking back.
Describe the solution you'd like
Show the payment method information in order details in all locations (email confirmation, order confirmation page, and dashboard order details).
