Too much request make the program fail

On line 80 (of modmanager.py) when taking the release of github, if there is too much try there is no such 0 index for asset, only an error from the API (with a message and a documentation_url).
The enhancement would be to check if 0 doesn't exist, check if message and show it to the user.
