Your Issue:

All the download links point to https://github.com/holoiso-staging/releases/releases which now redirects to https://github.com/HoloISO/releases/releases where there are no releases.

Found this under tags on releases. https://github.com/HoloISO/releases/releases/tag/1.3
Seems this is the only one that is downloadable.
