[Evolution] Use maven-embedder to manage dependencies and classpath

Extension currently creats a pom and uses maven-invoker lib to dowbload and build dependency classpath.
This involves unnnecessary IO operations and takes time.
We can use maven-embedder instead to create project and get classpath elements programatically without using IO.

Pay attentions to the extra work necessary to use maven-embedder in a maven plugin.
