Hi,

I encountered problems with the violinplot step.

First failure : package scatterplot3d was missing so I added it.

Second failure : package doParallel was missing so I added it.

Third failure : package VGAM was missing but now I am stucked
package ‘VGAM’ is not available (for R version 3.4.1)

Indeed, VGAM depends R (≥ 3.5.0)

I am really a newbye with snakemake and conda.
How could I upgrade R version installed ?
