Inference speed

First of all, I would like to thank you for your great work on this project. I want to understand the average inference time per image for your entire pipeline on the FSC147 dataset test/val split. Could you please provide some insights regarding this?

I do not measure the inference time. You can run the notebook to see the time. Most of the time is spent on the vit-h encoder and can be reduced by changing to SAM vit-b.
