On this page it indicates that a dash means the following:

Dashes: Where a publisher has published to IATI in the past but whose portfolio contains no current activities.

UN-Habitat has published a file that contains 824 activities but dashes are appearing instead of any analysis.

@sarahshamiso thanks for reporting this. @nosvalds found there was an issue with the SSL certificate on the publisher's server. UN Habitat reported that this is due to server changeover for the hosting where they upload the IATI XML files. Once they finalize the server changeover, they will update the file paths and they expect the error to be resolved.

Just noting here that d-portal and the registry both ignore SSL certificates, since they frequently go wrong (discussed here: IATI/ckanext-iati#269).

IATI-Registry-Refresher (which the dashboard uses) used to, but this was changed in IATI/IATI-Registry-Refresher#23.

Also worth noting that while there are chain issues with the certificate, it is possible to verify it. That’s why chrome/firefox don’t complain, but requests does.
