25% of activities missing from dashboard #586

Describe the bug
Since 6 August, the dashboard has been underreporting stats. It’s currently showing ~760k activities, while the iatistandard.org homepage is showing 1.1million.

This has somewhat improved, but the dashboard is still only listing 8,408 activity files, compared with 12,232 activity files according to the registry.
