Searching by Reporting Org Ref does not appear to filter the data to the relevant reporting organisation.

Steps to Reproduce
Add a list of actions needed to replicate the error.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://datastore.iatistandard.org/
2. Click Advanced Search
3. Select Reporting Org Ref and then enter XM-DAC-46002 (for AfDB)
4. Click Run
5. See that activities from other organisations are displayed (e.g. the Red Cross).
6. See also that the total number of activities is over 250,000 whereas the AfDB has only around 5,000 activities.
7. I've uploaded the exported filters here in case that would be useful.

Actual Results/Behaviour
Shows results published by many other organisations.
