Create Jenkins job that. offers a list of options to deploy OCP.

OCP version
Storage (csi cephfs)
Common Services
Infrastructure should be considered when creating options. (FYRE, Google, AWS, Azure, and vsphere)

Describe the solution you'd like
A jenkins job that uses existing community automation, noting updates with issues where necessary.

Describe alternatives you've considered
na, current solution is command line based.
