Problem adding users to project spaces

When looking to add users to a project through the manage tab of any project (watsonx.ai, watson machine learning, etc.), there is a bug where you can search a user, and they are not found

but if you press enter after typing their e-mail, the user does in fact show up as being valid for adding to the project.

This can be misleading.
