Add another parameter to the {earthquake-id}/raster endpoint to take a dataset for a soil type shapefile. Currently, you can set the amplification to true, but this uses only the default soil type for each location when generating the grid of points. If the user could specify a soil dataset (similar to the /values endpoint), then the raster could be generated with and without soil amplification.
