In the experimental design section, and possibly in some others, if user is filling in information about conditions (e.g., number of trials per condition), they are expected to input values for each condition separated by semicolon and a space and given in the same order as the names of the conditions are listed. If there are multiple groups of participants, they list trial counts for all conditions for one group, and then for the next one - following the ordering of groups as you specified them earlier.
While it works for now, as @Remi-Gau has pointed out, it is complicated and a more user-friendly way could be found in the future.
