We have a new Geoportal version and new metadata resource link. So we need to change our LV metadata resource link - how we can test it and do it? Is metadata harvester and link checker available?

You can test it using the sandbox console and your own country user at:
https://inspire-geoportal.ec.europa.eu/harvestconsole/
Please, let me know the CSW URL for your new geoportal.
