这个能监听插件自身的网络请求？

@luna740 期待分享你的实际应用场景。正常来说自己主动发的请求完全可以在发送之前取到数据，不需要监听。
可以试一下，好像可以。但是跨域请求需要在background（现在叫service worker）脚本中
