Is there any documentation for using this package? I am looking for DART package to work with recurrence rules for calendar dates. For example if I pass in a string in rrule format I wants the next recurrence as a date. Is this supported?

I'm afraid this is not supported. This package is very simple, you set up a schedule with default value and then add events that would trigger a different value. That could be used as a trigger in the dataflow logic.
