Adding a user-friendly tool to configure a time-specific one-shot broom wagon

Greetings all,

After an Internet failure and a period of dataloss last week, we had to repopulate our Sefran by customizing our broom wagon parameters.

We thought it might be a good idea to implement a new userfriendly tool / form where we could set up a specific period of time and then launch the broom wagon to generate the missing parts of Sefran.

What do you think ?
