ARGUS: HVCAEN IOC - Increase number of available channels

Issue Description

As a user/scientist on ARGUS, I would like to be able to view and control any number of HV channels served by the HVCAEN IOC. Currently this is limited to 100.

How & Where?

Discovered during testing on ARGUS during migration.

Reproducible (Yes/No)?

Yes - connect to CAEN crate with more 100 channels and observe limit.

Additional Information

• There are several files in the IOC and support directories that have a hard-coded limit of 100 in them. This should be increased to 192 (16 cards x 24 channels).

Acceptance Criteria

• Up to the maximum number of channels present in the CAEN crate is served by the HVCAEN IOC.
