As a helium monitoring technician I would like to be able to check the battery levels of dewars by checking the website.

Acceptence criteria

The Battery levels of dewars are displayed in the tables.
The table can be sorted by battery level.
If implemented after Add table to list all Dewars #16 the table added by it should also contain battery level.

This should be relativley simple as the information is already in the database.
