Need to add SSL, Shibboleth, Database

We need to get a database set up, add SSL protection, and implement the Shibboleth authorization.

We will need to figure out what user has access to the admin page via shibboleth.
SSL will be provided by ISU free of charge.
Database cannot have confidential info, will be on the same server our website is, and will store stuff like resources, members, meeting times, etc.
