Icon button

Description

Related to IgniteUI/igniteui-angular#15299

Reproduction

Use the outlined version of the icon button inside any element/component that has a background color.

Workaround

The z-index: -1 on the ::after element is not necessary. Remove it.

Is this a regression?

No or unsure. This never worker, or I haven't tried before.
