locked images vs unlocked, data availability

When I was downloading training data (eg left/right parts of people) , it was only yielding a subset of the annotations in the site.. I think it's only allowing download of annotations on unlocked images;

do you have time to unlock the images that have been annotated?
if you need to validate manually.. maybe you could prioritise it based on the number of annotations an image has ?
I realise it'll take time to validate 1000's of images.

amount of data in the site for left|right x man|woman

.. but only 1510 results available when we try to download (view for someone not logged in)
