API Inconsistencies

This issue tracks inconsistencies between the effective data model available to depositors via the web UI and that available via the API. These should be in sync.

UI changes:

• The creator.role field has been hidden (note that the contributor.role field remains) - Creatibutor form update #81
• The references field has been hidden - Hide references field in deposit form #92
• The publisher field has been hidden and set to a fixed value - Feature/hide set defaults #87
• The publication_date field has been hidden but is auto-populated to current data (need to confirm this) - Feature/hide set defaults #87
• The resource_type field has been hidden and set to a fixed value - Feature/hide set defaults #87
• The licenses field has been limited to two options - Feature/limited rights #89

Acceptance Criteria

• Data model available via API made consistent with form changes.
