The data stored in the names vocabulary is used for various functions powering the user search feature for the creator and contributor metadata fields of the deposit form.

Some qusetions:

  • Identify sources of data - just Imperial people or external as well? We have some Entra infrastructure from other projects that could be reused to get Imperial data.
  • How to populate and how to sync?
