Format Admin options based on global enable / disable setting #22

Would be visually nice (and more informative) to have the admin page change display depending on whether global enable/disable is set.

Put enable/disable at top, obviously distinct from other settings?
Make into slide "ON/OFF" type button?
Colour Green / Red depending on state?
Grey out all other options when disabled?

Low priority...
