[1.16.5 bug] skills do not work.

when i leveled up extra health i didn't get extra heart.

edit: no skills work. i tried upgrading the jump height and jump distance and nothing changed

It is a known bug since 1.12 and I cannot fix it in a clever way due to Minecraft mechanics.
The only way to restore your health amount is to downgrade and upgrade the skill again.
I will look forward into it when I get enough time.

Try to look if other mods disabled event handling, Jump Boost should have worked fine
