Notes are mixed up

The notes section in LaTeX does not appear underneath the corresponding slide. Generally, the notes of slide x appear underneath slide (x-3). This has probably to do with the fact that some slides don't have nodes, and the script doesn't skip the node section for the noteless slides, but takes the notes of the next slide.
