Can one make internet data as revenue leveraging this app for multiple customer

Implementing this web app as sub domain to multiple companies to communicate with worker and customer and have there servers run on our asterisk pbx server. Can we contact the operator to make money over Data by having our asterisk pbx run this for many customers and point the traffic to us. Like what's app, twitter and Facebook

Technically data flows from ip address to a ip address, so if your systems are running voice over well established “known” ip addresses, then yes I guys you could contact the carriers and work a deal out with each provider. I’m not sure if there is that much money in data any more tho.
