Inviting the bot
Use some commands to ask the bot questions about whatever they need to do (chat, draw, search)
At some point they hit a limit and we ask for payment
Redirect them to a simple page to sign up and ask for payment information. Telegram has integrated auth

Pricing model will be tiers rather than pay as you go
