Rules and in generel

Hey guys,
how to I concretly attach a rule to a contract? So I did a post to the endpoint /api/examples/policy like this:

And if I got it right this should then be added as a string the the value key of the rule. I tried it like this:

which just got me an error message. I was wondering how to put in the rule in the value key correctly since this isnt stated clearly in the documentation.

Another question I have is whether the connector is able to also transfer data like a .txt file from the provider to the consumer or if it's just possible to transfer Json data.
