The Handbook defines the classes of changes but they are not reflected in the release planning, What can be fixed immediately, and what needs to be scheduled.

Proposal:

  • add the link between the classes of changes and the release planning.
  • Check for consistency between contributing.md and handbook
  • add IDSA releasing planning
