This is much less of a "Have rock solid numbers on performance of everything" type request, and more just something that I think would be totally awesome if you guys did at least a version of it:
Namely, making it possible to recreate the Space Transportation System as seen in Polish Eagle's "Right Side Up: A History of the Space Transportation System" timeline - ie., reusable S-IC, expendable S-IVB (later an improved dual engine upper stage similar to ETS' S-IVC), and an optional orbiter roughly similar to a big HL-20 for crew delivery missions.
The thing I'm most interested in, tbh, is the big HL-20 - which IIRC was stated in the TL to have the capacity for 8-10 tons of cargo in a 10 by 20 foot cargo bay. (ie., 10 feet wide, 20 feet long), and was primarily intended to carry servicing mission cargo rather than delivering satellites to orbit in the bay (although they could certainly do that for smaller satellites).

Another nice thing would be parts for something akin to Right Side Up's "Lunar Transfer Vehicle" spacecraft - essentially, automated space tugs which (barring a plain steel aerodynamic flare at the base of the tug near the engines) which burn methane/LOX and use high altitude aerobraking passes through Earth's upper atmosphere to slow into LEO with minimal propellant expenditure from a lunar return trajectory. They also use staging to propel heavier payloads to TLI - instead of just having one big tug, you've got two tugs which dock together, with one tug undocking and backing off halfway through TLI so it doesn't have to be expended.
