E-2 & E-2V on wrong node in techtree

The Tech-tree placement seems to be wrong, its placed in the orbitalRocketryNF node, instead of stagedCombustionNF.
The description of both engines state a staged combustion cycle.

I double-checked that real quick, staged combustion would be correct. It also kinda makes sense with those Isp numbers. :)

There is also a typo in the description of RS25-U: "The RS-25U is a modified RS-25D designed to bne cheaper, ..."
