Consistency with Hector v3 accepted version

Hi @jk-brown - @kdorheim and I were talking and wondering, are Matilda's default parameters consistent with Hector v3.x's calibrated defaults? The uncalibrated values? Something else?

It seems desirable to have out-of-the-box Matilda consistent with out-of-the-box Hector, but we weren't sure how true that currently is.

I will check on this. The SD is manual, but generate_params fetches default parameter values directly from Hector using fetchvars, so I think it will depend on the version of Hector the user has installed. Matilda should be dependent on a Hector version > 3.0.0.
