Have acs daemon in monit mode log to screen from acs daemon in run mode using sockets. #455

Currently when you run acs daemon in monit mode and in run mode, run mod will produce logs but monit never produces logs. When both are running, the run mode daemon should send a socket message to the other daemon so the monit mode one shows the logs.
