A VS Code extension to check scores for top leagues from ESPN.

- Limited number of leagues (no college, soccer, rugby, etc.)
Initial release of scores will display ESPN's feed of scores for ⚾ MLB, 🏒 NHL, 🏀 NBA, 🏈 NFL, and 🏀 WNBA.
