Allow use of & for color, and make messages cleaner.

Which colors and messages?

In pet-shops.yml and skill trees the format is like this - <green>It's a Bat! I was asking to implement &, so you can just use &aBat instead. Also PlaceholderAPI support in messages would be nice. The GUI just seems bland as of now, and does not have any unique placeholders, dynamic values, etc.
