No OSD on Kubuntu & List of Commands #89

Is there some reason why no OSD when (de)activating Palaver on Kubuntu?
Also, where is the list of commands again?
Thanks so much for taking this on. As a person with a disability, I am very grateful.

Well, Kubuntu may not have libnotify, and as it stands the list of commands
can be seen by reading the dictionary manually, main.dic should be
in Recognition/modes. As it stands, the project is getting a little bit
rusty, hopefully I can pick it up again soon.
