New nomination form

Here's our suggestion for the nomination form. The current one is a real pain to fill. And if you add a nomination and then realised you already have it, you can not remove it and force to fill it as the field is required. And putting the nominee field before the category is not relevent at all.

We think you should to something more easy to fill for the user, see my screenshot (I didn't add all the categories, it was just to show you our idea). And better I think if the part regarding the categories/nominees are not required fields.
Less action from the user is always better.
