This issue is to update the zone temperature setpoint sequence Buildings.Controls.OBC.ASHRAE.G36.TerminalUnits.SetPoints.ZoneTemperatures.

According to section 5.3.2.10, there is set point adjustment hierarchy. Then, when local setpoint adjustment and window switches on at the same time, which rule should be applied?
