Quarter Tiling 2.0

Rewritten from scratch for increased stability and usability. Scope has also been narrowed to keep the script less annoying, more maintainable and more stable.

Quarter Tiling 1.0

First release. While the script is far from perfect, these releases will act as "stable versions". Releases will be available as .kwinscript and automatically as .zip and .tar.gz. All of the formats can easily be used to package the script.

In unrelated news, the development of the script has slowed down because I'm working on my bachelor's thesis. I will fix bugs and implement small features immediately, but the larger features I've been working on will have to wait until November.
