Create Cylc workflows for CPU emulator

  • CPU emulator

    • Containerize CPU emulator and test it with Docker on local machine
    • Test Apptainer image of CPU emulator on ifarm using SLURM
    • Build Cylc wf

  • Integrate CPU emulator + influxDB for monitoring

    • Run it using SLURM
    • Build Cylc wf

I've containerized the CPU emulator based on Mike's code in the branch cpu_emulator. Check README.

Tested and successfully ran 3-node system of receiver, emulator, and sender using SLURM on ifarm. Check README from the branch cpu_emulator.

Successfully conducted a 3-node test of the CPU emulator using Cylc. See README.
