Automatically post to elog as PD

The automated elog posts at 8:30 AM are currently using the account "alarms". It would be nicer if the cron job queried to find out who the actual PD is at the moment (query Theo's PD table in Oracle?) and then used that name to post to the elog. The current PD may be found somewhere else easier to get to? Maybe in EPICS PV?

1. If you stored the user who instantiated the 8:00am presentation, could use that individual
2. Could query the pd_owner.shiftplans table to get the program_deputy column for the date and shift in question
