request: library

I am curious about rsam's potential for use as a library for data science. What do you think about publishing an API for use in other Rust applications?

Thank you for your attention.

But unfortunately, this is a naive project in the early days of my study of rust.

The code is very simple and rough, and there is no error definition and API interface.

If I have time, I will expand it into a good library.

Also welcome the PR!
