Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I ran into an issue where it would not work with an objc error. I tried installing pyobjc but that did not solve it.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add in the readme pip3 install py3-tts or a requirements.txt file updated that need installed before running this.
