Unable to run GUI

Hi James,

I'm very interested in your package cytofclean and would like to have a go with my data. However, I ran into issues of using cytofclean_GUI(). An error message popped up: Error in structure(.External(.C_dotTclObjv, objv), class = "tclObj") :
[tcl] invalid command name "toplevel".

I'm using a mac, on windows system it seems to work. Could you give some suggestions? Many thanks
