I am a contributor of flink, and i am intesting in this project. I am currently working on Flink CDC Oracle lock-free multi-parallel solution development.

How can i participate in these work? Introduce SstFile, ManifestFile and related serializer, reader, writer. I just get some information from https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FLINK/FLIP-188:+Introduce+Built-in+Dynamic+Table+Storage. These jobs seem to be quite large, could you please help to split them?
