Link FlagCard to corresponding Wikipedia pages #5

An idea: Add a url field to the flag files and then link the FlagCard components on https://pride.dev/flags to the corresponding Wikipedia pages.

This would be nice because then anyone browsing the flags can click and learn more about that part of the community and its history 💖

If you'd be interested in this, I could open a PR. Just let me know!
