There is an issue with the jackson populator. It throws an exception when reading some characters.

java.lang.RuntimeException: com.fasterxml.jackson.core.JsonParseException: Invalid UTF-8 middle byte 0x74

So it's impossible to write a word like "Neuchâtel" in the populator.
