[FEATURE] Support for proxy list

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
With many hosts such as bunkr limiting simultaneous downloads from the same IP address, having support for proxy lists where the thread limit built into CyberDropDownloader is applied per proxy from the list rather than per download session, would be quite helpful to bypass the limitations imposed by the hosts.

Describe the solution you'd like
Similar to how proxy IP address can be passed to the command line (#707), a proxy list could also be passed to CyberDropDownloader as a text file. Internally, CyberDropDownloader would then initiate one (or more depending on the limitation of target host) thread/connection per proxy in the proxy list, to allow simultaneous downloading from hosts such as bunkr that limit number of parallel downloads from the same IP address.
